STAGE 1 · WEIGHING

Pick beans (S/M/L/XL) to hit the exact target weight. Overshoot by even 1g and it's over.

STAGE 2 · SHAPING

Press and hold to fill the coffee bed, column by column, matching the target shape — flat, mounded, or valleyed. Every column has to land inside the tolerance band.

STAGE 3 · POURING

Hold to pour 200ml without letting the dripper overflow. Real pour-over technique rewards short, controlled pulses over one long stream.

Fail a stage and you'll need to clear it before moving on — each retry costs points. Clear all three and get graded S through D based on your total score.
